2. Activities to Improve Dispute Resolution Procedures
- Participate in and support the revision of the Intellectual Property Act in connection with the Ministry of Justice, the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and the National Intellectual Property Committee, and conduct support activities for the promotion of related legislation.
- Opinions are presented through meetings with the court administration, the patent court, and the court in charge of intellectual property litigation on the improvement of the intellectual property litigation system, such as litigation procedures for proper calculation of damages and the hearing method of the patent court.
